|
Provide HR support to Broadridge Fixed Income, Investigo and SIS Groups to ensure delivery of all Human Resource services (i.e. employee relations, succession planning, performance management,) for those groups. RESPONSIBILITIES (may include): Acts as business partner and trusted advisor; offers advice and counsel and pushback when appropriate. Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures; interprets and ensures compliance with all state laws. Coaches/consults with management and employees on issues including: performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Investigate allegations of harassment and/or inappropriate workplace behavior. Maintains data integrity of HRIS system. Manages performance review cycles and delivery of performance appraisals, as well as annual review of all bonus documentation. Works with Compensation to conduct job/comp analysis and review of associate's grades as needed. Manages large-scale projects and initiatives as needed. Analyzes the training needs for the client group. Presents HR specific training programs including Sexual Harassment/Ethics, Development planning, Leadership events, etc.) as required. Provides guidance to business partners on organizational planning and executive development and coaches associates for individual development. Collaborates with business partners to develop strategies/recommendations to improve associate satisfaction, career growth opportunities, organizational team building, knowledge sharing, retention and a cultural shift towards accountability. Facilitates Gallup Q12 Planning sessions and develop action plans for individual department and business unit. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
|
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration required or equivalent in education and experience. Experience (5+ years) as a Human Resource Manager with proven proficiency in the following generalist areas: Employee relations, Organizational Development/ succession planning, partnering with senior management, salary administration, data management and computer literacy. Excellent written and communication skills required. Ability to make oral presentations to a diverse audience necessary. Must be capable of interfacing with all levels of management. Must have strong decision-making ability, work well under pressure and operate with minimal supervision, think creatively; must be solution oriented and flexible while always taking into consideration what is in the best interest of the business.
